壓片（piàn）機的衝頭的潔（jié）淨與（yǔ）保（bǎo）養：

1、可以用銅絲刷拋去衝頭上的（de）粘附物後，再用（yòng）絨布粘少許研磨膏打光片形麵。不（bú）要用（yòng）鋼（gāng）絲刷拋，否則很容易劃（huá）傷片形表麵。

2、若粘附物（wù）很硬不好直接去除時，可將衝頭浸泡在熱水中數分鍾（zhōng）後，即可容易去掉粘附物，並及時擦幹水分防鏽（xiù）。

3、用戶處若無車床時（shí），好從市場上購置衝模拋光機進行，價格也不（bú）貴。

4、另外、也要（yào）從藥料方麵分析一下原因，脫模劑（jì）（潤滑劑）是否加的少（shǎo），可以（yǐ）適量（5-10%）加（jiā）些硬質酸鎂（měi）潤滑劑。

壓片機工作過程介紹：

1、利用加料器（qì）向中模孔中填充藥物。

2、上衝的（de）衝頭部位(其工作位置朝下)自中模（mó）孔上端落入中模孔，並下行一定（dìng）行程，將藥粉壓製成片。

3、上衝提升出孔。下衝上升將藥片頂出中模孔，完成一次壓片過程。

4、下衝的衝頭部位(其工作位置朝上)由（yóu）中（zhōng）模孔下端伸入中模孔中，封住中模孔底。

5、下衝降到原位，準備下一（yī）次填充。
