工作原理（lǐ）：

Working Principle

該單衝壓片機特點是一種（zhǒng）小型台式（shì）電動連續壓片的機器,也可以手搖，壓出的藥片厚度平均，光澤度高，無需拋光。由於單衝壓片機隻有一付衝（chōng）模，所以稱單衝壓片機；物料（liào）的充填深度,壓片厚（hòu）度均可調節。

This tablet press machine is electric driving and continuously punching, it also can punch manually. The tablet thickness is average, smooth, no polishing again. There is only one punching die on this machine, both material filling depth and tablet thickness are adjustable.

單衝壓片機（jī）技術參（cān）數：

Technical parameter for single punch tablet press machine:

壓片機的衝頭的潔淨（jìng）與保養（yǎng）：

1、可以用銅絲刷拋去衝（chōng）頭上的粘附物後，再用絨（róng）布粘少許研磨膏打光片形麵。不要用鋼絲刷拋，否則很（hěn）容易劃傷片形表麵（miàn）。

2、若粘附物很硬不好直接去除時，可將衝頭浸泡在熱水中數分鍾後，即（jí）可容（róng）易去掉粘附物，並及時擦（cā）幹水分防鏽。

3、用戶處若（ruò）無車床時，好從市場上購置衝模拋光機（jī）進行，價格也不貴（guì）。

4、另外、也（yě）要從藥料方麵分析（xī）一下原因，脫模劑（潤滑劑）是否加的少，可以適量（5-10%）加些（xiē）硬質酸鎂（měi）潤滑劑。

壓片機工作過（guò）程介紹：

1、利用加料器向中模孔中填充藥物（wù）。

2、上衝（chōng）的衝頭部位(其工（gōng）作位置朝（cháo）下)自中模孔上端落入中模孔，並下行一定行（háng）程，將藥粉壓製成片。

3、上衝提升出孔。下衝上升將藥片頂出中模孔，完成一次壓片過（guò）程。

4、下衝的衝頭部位(其工作位置朝上)由中模孔下端伸入中模孔中，封住中模孔底（dǐ）。

5、下衝降到原位，準備下一次填充。
