我司所研製生產的粉碎（suì）機是采用優（yōu）質304號不鏽鋼（gāng）製作，配套國標（biāo）電機，主要用於化工材料、中藥材含樹根、樹枝以及塊狀類物料、各種含油量不高的糧食、五穀雜糧以及其他一些硬性、脆性（xìng）的（de）物料。

本機粉碎原理錘式回風（fēng）高（gāo）速粉碎。粉碎物可直接從磨腔中排出，經出料口出來，一般的物料經過粉（fěn）碎後要經過（guò）棉布（bù）袋來收集，粉碎後的物料收（shōu）集在袋（dài）內，空氣則從（cóng）布袋的細小孔眼（yǎn）出來，不會將細粉排出，從而起到不（bú）浪費，不汙染的效果。粒度大小由更換不同目數的篩網決定。

 安裝、操作和維修保養：

1、開機前必須檢查門是否關緊，關緊門時要擰緊手輪和定位螺栓。

2、接通水冷卻裝置，保證水（shuǐ）源充足，運（yùn）行是嚴禁斷水。

安裝時，接（jiē）通電（diàn）源，以電動方式檢查電機旋轉方向是否按標箭頭方向。如相反，請（qǐng）調整電機接線盒接線。

4、在電機旋（xuán）轉方向正確的情況下，開機空運轉30分鍾，檢查潤滑情況，及時加潤滑油脂（zhī）。定（dìng）期檢查和（hé）補充（chōng）潤滑油脂。
