中藥材水冷式粉碎機安（ān）裝、操作和（hé）維修保養：

1、開機（jī）前必（bì）須檢查門是否關（guān）緊，關緊門時要擰緊手輪和定位螺栓。

2、接通水冷卻裝置（zhì），保證水源充足，運行是嚴禁斷水。

安裝時，接通電源，以電動方式檢查電機（jī）旋轉方向是否按標箭頭方向。如相反，請調整電機接線盒接線。

4、在電機旋轉方向正確的情況下，開機空運轉（zhuǎn）30分（fèn）鍾，檢查（chá）潤滑情況，及時加潤滑油脂。定（dìng）期檢查和補充（chōng）潤滑油脂。
